Monique West's grandparents were immigrants from France and owned and operated a resort in Northern California's wine country in Sonoma County. Monique was in the kitchen learning to cook from the time she was nine years old. Her mother and grandmother were her inspirations and taught her the art of mixing flavors together to create amazing dishes.
"Dinner is really about family", Monique says. The best part about dinner is the chance to connect with each other after our busy days. Monique believes that she enables families to stay connected with a home cooked dinner that is ready and waiting for them every night.
“My clients love the convenience of not having to worry about what’s for dinner and I love making my clients happy”. Monique continues that her approach is to really listen to her clients and then exceed their expectations.
Monique West is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and a premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association with 20 years experience in French and American cuisine.
