| Chef Rochelle Barcellona (also known as Chef Ro) always loved to bake and cook. Some of her earliest memories are of baking cookies and cakes for her classmates and her father complaining that she was always baking for other people. Today, she finds making pie crust by hand one of the best therapies around.
Chef Ro started Barcellona Bites as a blog describing a "red head's culinary adventures" while she was in culinary school and turned it into a boutique business after graduating top in her culinary school class. Today she loves bringing enjoyment to people through food.
Chef Ro is a Certified Personal Chef from the United States Personal Association and is ServSafe Certified for food safety.
