Cooking is my passion.

I love to create healthy, nutritious food for people who don't have the time, skills or desire to cook. I have always enjoyed cooking, but most of my former professional life focused on managing others. After retiring from UC Davis, I decided it was time to focus on my passion for cooking. My husband, who recently retired from dentistry, wanted to travel the world and volunteer his skills to underprivileged people in third world countries. I wanted to share this with him, as I too love traveling and helping people, so I chose to become a Personal Chef because of the flexibility such a career would afford me.

I became a member of the United States Personal Chef Association, a national professional culinary organization, and received my training and certification as a Personal Chef in Phoenix, AZ. Along with my membership in the
USPCA, I also joined the Northern California Chapter of Personal Chefs. Both affiliations allow me to share ideas with other professionals, as well as stay current on the latest industry trends. Prior to joining the USPCA, I completed numerous cooking courses over the past 20 years.

With help of my husband, I love to provide small dinner parties (2-12 people) for exciting, romantic, intimate dinners and special occasions, i.e., anniversaries, birthdays, retirement etc. We offer 4-6 course dinners depending on your needs. We will cook all cuisines, however seafood is our specialty.
