I love to cook and bake and to research recipes and menus! After cooking with my mother and both grandmothers I began enjoying the addition of cooking for other people.
I started with families with special dietary needs such as weight loss and diabetes and went to American River College where I received a certificate in Culinary Art/Hospitality Management. After graduation I worked at a private Retreat Center, where I baked and cooked for larger numbers and catered special events.
I enjoy cooking and baking following the seasons highlighting locally grown, nutritious fresh foods. I cook for people who need changes, don’t know how to cook, have such a busy lifestyle that precludes healthy meals and those who need special diets.
I serve Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Gold River, Granite Bay, Auburn, Roseville areas.
My specialties are: Home style cooking, vegetarian, vegan, specialty diets including weight loss, catering small dinner parties and special occasions.
