Sprinkle salt, pepper and dill over salmon. Spray a large sheet of heavy duty foil with non-stick cooking spray. Place salmon on foil. Pat dots of butter on fillets. Fold foil down over the top and seal one side of the foil making a packet. With the other side open carefully pour in the lemon juice and white wine. Fold up the open side. Place on grill on indirect heat at 350-400 or in the oven at 400. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until salmon is flaky and moist.
